Easy Archive is a digital archival and retrieval system. It is simple but powerful and affordable. You can install it on a single desktop or laptop or use it through an internal network (Intranet or Extranet) or across the Internet. You get one centralized and accessible repository of your documents and files. Easy Archive can be used to archive and retrieve documents, files and correspondence. Each record has its own metadata, tags and security level. You can also create relations between any two documents (records) in the system (as in a letter and its reply). For correspondence, an automated numbering system (Ref. No.) is implemented. Searching for documents is done either by reference number, for quick location of a document, or through a flexible search interface. Documents are classified according to department, direction (incoming, outgoing, internal), category, keywords and protection level in addition to basic fields. Users can create, view, search and edit records according to their role and record protection. Admins can do system and user management, view system statistics and export any amount of data in CSV format (readable by Excel). The system can also be customized according to your specific work requirements and needs.
