VRS Recording System is an automated multiple channel voice and call recording program. Typical Applications are telephone line recording (call recording), radio communication recording, control room recording, and other specialized applications. It features advanced audio compression to reduce file size, supports VoIP and PSTN lines concurrently, log dialed number (DTMF) for searching with adjustable sensitivity levels to DTMF tones, provide outbound call audit and cost estimate displays and logs, call logging can be voice activated, hardware activated or manual, plays a default or customized "recording started" prompt when recording starts, find and play recordings ordered by date, line or DTMF number dialed, keyword search of recorded audio, log recording details to an SQL database or to a comma delimited CSV file, mirror recordings to backup drive(s), automatic upload of recordings to FTP server for web or internet access, and automatically send recordings to an email address in the background.
