SharePoint Organizer is a database management system that gives facility to migrate data from Office 365 to SharePoint and vice versa. The software migrates user account data from SharePoint to Office 365, SharePoint to SharePoint, Office 365 to SharePoint, and Office 365 to Office 365. The tool follows a manual procedure of copying and pasting database from source to destination account. It's a four-in-one solution where database from multiple user accounts can be migrated into destination SharePoint/Office 365 account. The tool helps to manage lists, wikis, documents, and other contents and requires domain details for migration. For moving databases between SharePoint editions, login credentials for both source and destination would be required. The login credential criteria are same for all supported migration systems in the tool. The software offers simple drag and drop method for moving contents of source account to destination account. Also, the Copy-Paste method can be adopted for assurance that no DB item is skipped from migration process. For successful migration of database, the accounts at source and destination should be mapped properly. This mapping once done gets saved into CSV file. Dates, Permissions can be exported along with contents.
