Do you have too many projects to work on? Set priorities by discerning between urgency and importance! Often we're tempted to work on that what seems most pressing, forgetting about our long-term goals. Prioritizer helps you get back focus and become more effective. This is how we do it: 1) Note down allprojects you're occupied with. And all projects you're gonna get started with soon or sometime. Do you have tasks that are not part of a project? Perhaps you can group them into a project. Otherwise they're probably not worth your time 2) For each project, decide how important it is and how urgent it is. You do this by dragging the project to the right spot on the screen. Create a complete overview of what's important, urgent and what is not 3) Pick projects to work on by starring them. It may be tempting to only do stuff on the left, but try to spending your time on the long term-oriented projects! 4) Check daily if you're still working on only the starred projects. And don't forget to mark finished projects as done!
