Watchmakers want to make watches. Customers (jewelers) can access the software and register new repairs. They can print a sticker with the repair information and a barcode. The jeweler is now already informed about the 'repair cost" and the 'repair time'. At the moment the wachmaker does receive the watch, he can do a inspection and add / edit the cost / repair ready date. All communication to the customer / jeweler is done by the software and (automatically send e-mail). There is a complete stock control module in the software. The watchmaker can assign employee watchmakers to the repair. The software is available in several languages (Dutch, German, English, Danisch, French).
